COPYRIGHT NOTICE AND LICENSE INFORMATION

The software is copyrighted by Jamit Software (2010). We reserve all rights to
the software, and the license grants you a special permission for uses which
are restricted otherwise.

This License Agreement does not convey to you any ownership rights or any other 
interest in the Software.

Our software is open source, in the sense that the full source code is provided
and you can modify it. However, since the source is copyrighted, we do not give
you permission to take our source code and use it in other products or
distribute it without our permission, either in its entirety or modified form.


Here is the license:

License: (Beta License agreement).

* Non-commercial purpose. This software can only be installed on a test
site or development system. This software is not stable or fit for any other
purpose.
* The intended use of the software is to run a Job Board. A Job Board is
defined as a 'classified ads' service for advertisers / employers and
job seekers, where the primary aim is to advertise job vacancies.
* This license grants permission for the Client to modify the source code for
the purpose of customization & integration with an existing website.
* The Client will not sell, license or distribute the software, either in its
entirety or modified form to a third party, or use in any other products,
unless agreed under different terms by Jamit Software. This restriction also
implies the use of this software as a 'hosted' service for other websites,
which includes either renting, leasing, selling or giving away the services
offered by this software to other websites or webmasters.
* Removal of any copyright notices in the source code is not permitted.


THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL JAMIT
SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN
ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

TERMINATION

This license terminates 1st May, 2010, or when the beta license termination
is officially announced on www.jamit.com, whichever is first, after which, the 
beta testing programme will be discontinued.
